Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping may take 2–3 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of order placement. We do not take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
